      Better than nothing at all

      Cons

      Management does not reward team player, hard working people; No commitment nor loyalty whatsoever. On call 24/7 with requirement to work unlimited hours without compensation is reprehensible!

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
