      It's a foot in the door

      Cons

      Site level Management doesn't listen. Inadequate managers with inadequate management skills at work site . Managers hired have little or no Government contracting experience. Only worried about quantity of work, not quality. Shady labor practices. Hire employees "part time" so benefits do not have given.......I could go on and on

      Pros

      Hard to say any if at all. I get a paycheck (that took months to be paid correctly)

      Cons

      No wage increase despite others making way over SCA limits, no adjustments for cost of living, same people recognized for doing bare minimum, insurance premiums are insane, no allowance for unpaid leave, PM totally unaware of what even happens on the contract, no one in upper management takes accountability for mistakes and contractors are blamed, many inadequate hires made just to have a warm body
