There was an antiquated software develiery process which is maybe relevant to 2010 software engineering. They are in process as most are of gen-ai updates to the process. Changes were made, the process is in progress.

Growing organization, lots to “learn”

No training, benefits are terrible, use AI for literally everything with no training. Only work here as hourly - salary employees are expected to work 10+ hours everyday. Uneasy company due to funding shortages
