      Pros

      Best place to understand and develop my skills. Flexible work arrangement, commitment to diversity, and a great culture. I worked with Akidev for almost 2 years. The work culture is amazing, this organization takes good care of their employees. When I started as a fresher the entire team including the CEO was very supportive, they often make sure that necessary guidance is provided wherever required. My technical skills have magnificently enhanced with time. Akidev provides you with opportunities and you get trained in your work in a way you might feel a lot more confident about yourself.

      Pros

      Working with Akidev and its team has been a great experience. They have always helped to prep up client facing work and have maintained communication regarding day to day work. Everyone in the team is mostly available to reach out to for any questions. Happy to work with the Akidev team. I was a little worried about the effect of the pandemic on jobs and the job market but thanks to the CEO of Akidev, he has been very helpful and understanding in this difficult situation. He knows the importance of the family and I am happy to be a member of the Akidev Family. GO TEAM – AKIDEV!

      Pros

      Coffee, some occasional snacks & lots of fake dream selling.

      Cons

      Not a single candidate from the last 5-6 bootcamps they've conducted has been placed by them. They have wasted five months of my time and the administrative fee money I paid them. Our trainer was a trainee from a previous bootcamp, and the training was not as great as they claim. It required a lot of self-study on my part. This was a complete waste of my time and money.
