I started my US career at Akidev and let me admit Akidev is a great place to start a career. There was a lot of learning at each step and till date there is something new we learn. As an organization we believe in each individual owning their work, yet work as a team. My remuneration improved with my experience and I am satisfied with it. The CEO, Mr. Jawa is a very sharp, intellectual yet very humble with strong work ethics and business acumen, who always puts his employees welfare ahead of anything else & treats all his employees as a family. He tries to improve performance of employees by always supporting them and making sure all necessary training & guidance is provided. Everyone is very friendly which make the environment energetic to work. Management knows how to keep good work environment and support employees during difficult times. Lots of fun activities and celebrations keeps work environment friendly and helps in growing as a team. Time and again we are motivated to perform even better each day.
