People are great to work with and care about each other. Hard conversations are handled with respect and mutual understandings. Yet to find a person who has not helped when I need something.

Being early to market in categories that are still immature requires heavy lift in terms of GTM. There still isn't a category for all the capabilities the platform delivers ranging from Secrets Management, Modern PAM, AI Agent Security, NHI federation, Encryption, KMS, CLM etc. For most part all these are still standalone products in the larger market. I think the market will change as identity security platformization takes hold but is currently a challenge that the that a startup at this stage needs to work through.

Management cares about the employees and takes care to listen and be available when needed. Flat management structure, everyone from CEO to Marketing, Sales, and Development are approachable

Jack of all trades we do a lot of different things at once. It can be challenging at times to manage it all. The company has 5 products lines they are maintaining.
