      Pros

      there are no pros. some of the employees are cool, but others just act like everything is ok, even though it's clearly not

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't pay people their commissions . Sales leadership is constantly changing. there words are hollow and there is never any actually product updates. Additionally, support/account management is not able to actually properly support customers.

      Pros

      Communication, mentorship, and a great team are all great aspects about working here. Personally, my favorite thing is the flexibility- I really appreciate knowing that I can take a midday appointment or pick up my kid from school when I need to. The unlimited PTO is also a huge plus.

      Cons

      It’s a quickly growing company, so naturally that comes with some growing pains. But on the same note, leadership has really put in the work to make sure things go smoother with each “growth spurt” we have.
