      The work can be fast paced firefighting Some of the people are a joy to for for and with.

      Cons

      Put clauses in contract that allow they to tell you to work 70hrs and only get paid for 37.5hrs Incompetent HR Nepotism Very difficult to move between departments. Bullying management
