Pros
At AJMAL Foundation one of the trusties Mr. Siraj Uddin AJMAL says "We don't give food to people to eat for one or two days, instead we teach then how to earn and buy food for themselves." Its an organization where everyone takes there jobs as responsibility but we don't expect to follow the same work routine or same type work every day, we face new challenges in every two or three days. And that's what I like the most about my job.
Cons
1. Less salary.
2. Very few holidays.
3. Late hour work is normal hour.
4. Does not closes in weekends and you might also have to work on Sundays.
