You may not be there long enough to obtain those health benefits. Management across the board is highly judgemental, talks very ngatively about workers behind their backs (I've caught several instances of that) and seemed VERY quick to give up on people. I personally was definitly was not given a chance to develop after only a month (really 2 weeks due to holidays, and I left my other job to come there). Area also is not really safe for driving, I almost got hit on a daily basis driving to work! Pay wasnt great either, for most position (including mine) were hourly. I dont recommend, even to recent college grads.
