Negative experience - Pharmacovigilance Officer Aixial Group Employee Review

Aixial is not a company who is caring about their employees at all. In Czech republic we had a complex project in which we worked hard without any bonuses or salary increase. Finally they decided to cancel the whole Czech offices and replaced them with romania people. The announcement was very badly managed. So be careful. People are only numbers. Do not expect much of this company.
