This depends on your outlook. If your intent is to get in and be promoted to management in the next 5 years (in any department), this is probably not the place for you. If you're looking for a company in which you can learn, grow job knowledge & responsibilities, and build a true career with, this is the place. If you are willing to build your reputation over the next 10-15 years, many long-tenured management employees will likely be retiring and there will be ample opportunity (or every now and then when there is an expansion).
