You are expected to be a true professional, and in return are treated as such. The company is highly focused and respected in the financial industry. It is a learning-driven environment so if you have a natural curiosity and need variety it is perfect. The flexibility is amazing!

If you are not self-motivated and able to hold yourself accountable it will be difficult for you to be successful at Aite Group. The work load can get intense so you have to stay focused and be prepared for peaks and valleys. Also, it is a small company so an individual that is used to perks of big budgets will be disappointed.
