Pros

Interesting product, and potential to be creative through 3D printing, but that's IT.

Cons

Management is unorganized, confusing, semi-racist, overly harsh, exploitative, gender discriminating, and constantly promises incentives that they never follow through on... They will hire hard working people that commit to the company, and make them quit their other/former full-time job with promises of stability and opportunity. Once management feels they have completely used you up as an employee, they will throw you to the curb in the most inhumane way possible. They literally treat every employee as an asset, not a person with bills and a life. Their management skills are so embarrassingly weak, and this blatantly obvious to anyone working for or with Airwolf 3D. The company has no real direction, and secrets / gossip are constantly being spread around the company, even by the management team. Also, the owners are constantly playing favorites within the company, allowing for a chaotic and cut-throat work environment by favoring their family members and those that suck up to them the most, instead of considering work ethics, passion, creativity, skills, or experience. Even if you’re doing two jobs at once, it still factors little into the favor of your superiors.

Pros

You can play with 3D printers. You are encouraged to experiment and try new things. It's okay to break things and to learn.

Cons

Not a good place for those that need "hand-holding" but it's great if you enjoy independence.

Pros

Great co-workers and fun work environment. Lots of creative people who are happy to help. From Day 1 working here, everyone was friendly and is always ready to help each other. Everyone who works here is required to learn how to use the 3D printers so we always learning new things together. The technology is amazing and it's really exciting to be in the middle of it. You get to see how the company owner designs the machines and how the marketing team brings it to life. Lots of times, donuts or bagels are brought in for breakfast and sometimes lunch is catered.

Cons

We need more 3D printers in the office for everyone to use. Lots of times the printers are rented or brought to trade shows. The good part is you can still use production machines in the printer farm if they're not being used.
