Pros
Access to leadership, extremely nimble structure, if you have a question/problem it is run up the ladder very quickly and everyone is on the same page when it is solved/answered. Profitable commission structure, you get out what you put in. Training/onboarding was very smooth and you have access to all training material 24/7.
Cons
Still a young company and there are some kinks that will be inevitably worked out.
