Pros
This is where I stayed the most and this is where I belong. Your opinion is heard, your point matters. Has given me ample opportunity and growth. Though there has been some turmoil and reductions recently, but that is everywhere. We are in a better shape starting 2025.
Cons
Overwhelming ownership. Sometimes it feels like you have more than you can chew. But it depends on you attitude to take it with a smile.
