Pros
CTC is fixed. Salary deposited every month. At cafeteria water purifier is available and few snacks, tea and coffee is available. Sweets during Diwali and money Washrooms are available.
Cons
Testers are not seen as valuable assets. If you are a tester never join.No work only run automation overnight that's it. Being Talkative to managers and VP will save you from being fired rather than silently working hard. No clients ,anytime can be fired.Mostly members who are silent are fired 1st. Bangalore office runs without HR or any management team. Either there is no work except running overnight testing or else you will be loaded with many useless works.
