Pros
You get exposed to a lot via working in lab and in the field, you get to learn about network, protocols, RAN, etc. The team is also great, everyone is willing to help when you get stuck. You also get a lot of freedom when it comes to the lab, low bureaucracy there. The benefits are good too, full health care coverage and a bit of assistance when covering medical expenses.
Cons
There is no proper training and sometimes don't get the full picture of a project and so you get put in tough situations needlessly. There is also not enough engineers and so you end up working long hrs consistently. The pay for the position is also a bit low compared to the market value.
