      Pilots can build time on really nice equipment. The structure of the organization is clearly defined.

      Cons

      There are too many VPs who don't know what the front-line employees experience. The main goal is to look good for the investors.

      Pros

      I enjoyed all the people I worked with and felt a sense of family. The company did all they could to accomodate the personal needs I was going through.

      Cons

      The salary was lacking and I found it difficult to survive in today's economic environment without having a second job. Downsizing departments.
