      -Remote work -Flexible work schedule -Autonomy -pizza day one a month....

      Cons

      -Ridiculously high revenue targets are set knowing that they won’t have to pay out bonuses to employees -Lack of oversight means that many players on the team are never online/working -C suite lacks enthusiasm and are checked out -partners are never paid on time. Sometimes 2-3 months late

      Pros

      I have nothing but great things to say about my time at Airpush. Solid leadership, flexible work environment, autonomy, and infinite room for growth And the product converts very well for clients.

      Cons

      Some headaches dealing with the different business units being spread out since the company works remotely. With that said, they do a great job of making this work.
