Horrible, horrible, horrible place!!! You will not believe this friends-only guild, based on former acquaintance and friendships, which do not taking into account neither your skills nor experience, guild which is not accepting new members - "junta" as a very senior Airobotics management member says. Very inexperienced and amateur management, in both middle management and senior management, with no valid business plan. 12+ office-attendance hours & 24/7 availability is mandatory expected. In your employment contract you will be asked to sign a minimum of 50 extra working hours per month. No work-life balance. Absolute chaos with no company procedures or policy in almost all areas. Highly disorder. No welfare. Very loudly open-spaces.
