Horrible toxic work environment in recent times. After the second round of funding the founders are under a lot of pressure to show results and cut costs No hikes, no incentives even if you do great work because the company is struggling. They say unlimited leaves but actually want you to work every day. After leaving I can see that all good people who helped build the org are also leaving because of the policies and culture
