Pros

As a recent graduate, the start-up environment at Aircapture was ideal for me to acquire a diverse set of skills, precisely what I was seeking. I have the opportunity to focus not only on process engineering but also on tasks related to mechanical engineering, policy, and general management. It’s an environment where I can ask all my questions and still be treated as a colleague by my more experienced peers.

Cons

When working with a startup with a maturing technology, there is uncertainty when it comes to projects and funding, but I believe in our strong team to work through those challenges.

Pros

The team is very experienced across all aspects of industrial products, direct air capture, climate tech, engineering and start-up expertise. It's amazing working alongside teams where I learn every day and we push the envelope of all that is climate tech. Every employee feels like they are contributing to something powerful, something that will change the industry - direct air capture. The fast pace is invigorating, yet not draining. It's fun to come to work knowing you matter.

Cons

Many of the same "cons" as you would find in any start-up. There is risk and uncertainty in funding rounds and valuations... until revenue is more stable.
