Good people throughout the business Management open and available Good pay

Cons

Talk a good game about training and development but don’t practice what they preach. Expecting way to much from the engineer, 15 year guarantee on the products and install but then don’t give the surveyors, designers or installers enough time to get the best work done essentially treating able to pay like eco4 work

Pros

Hybrid working structure and the regional team before redundancies were made.

Cons

The business is severely undermined by poor management and questionable leadership decisions, with individuals being promoted into roles they are clearly not equipped to handle. There is a significant lack of communication between the north and south operations, creating confusion and inefficiency across the company. I was left with minimal support while expected to manage an entire region, taking on responsibilities equivalent to a senior leadership role without any recognition or appropriate remuneration. The culture appears to favour an “inner circle,” with progression often influenced by personal relationships rather than merit, which is both demoralising and unprofessional. Combined with substantial company debt and redundancy decisions that seemed to target the wrong individuals, my experience was ultimately a frustrating misuse of time and effort.

Pros

well looked after in growing and thriving business, been here from close to the start of when the company started so have seen it grow, ive progressed into a role i never thought was possible from and installation point of veiw, overall very happy

Cons

every company has its cons but ive seen it grow and problems do get sorted within the company sometimes take a while but they do get listened to.
