An absolute nightmare - Project Manager AirMatrix Employee Review

The founders are very young and have no experience of how to run a business or build a product. While they rely on co-op interns to do the job, they are not familiar with how to run a company or manage a team. In addition to being unorganized, they are micromanaged as well. In the past year, six employees have resigned because they were unable to work with management (3 founders). Expect calls after working hours, work over holidays (because the management team "forgets" it's a public holiday), and slack messages about how bad the job market is right now to be unemployed on Sundays. I never recommend anyone to work here. Especially co-op students beware.
