Nothing at all, worst CEO and managers.

Cons

CEO is extremely difficult to deal with, management lacks basic people skills, and the company is disorganised across all areas. It also feels misleading and not trustworthy for landlords.

Pros

- A few junior staff genuinely try hard and bring intelligence and energy. - Exposure to the short-term rental/property management industry.

Cons

- CEO displays erratic leadership and decisions often feel ego-driven rather than operationally sound. - General Manager lacks basic people skills, avoids conflict, and offers little to no support — regularly deflects responsibility onto others. - Senior managers on working visas rarely challenge the CEO’s decisions, creating an unhealthy culture of compliance over integrity. - Commission and mark-ups are applied to almost everything — maintenance invoices, purchases, and cleaning - on top of the existing management commission charged to property owners. This raises serious concerns about transparency and ethics. - Contractors are treated poorly, leading to low trust and strained relationships. - Operations cannot deliver on the promises made by the business development team, leaving owners and guests disappointed. - The most capable thinking often comes from the youngest staff, highlighting how weak and ineffective the upper management team truly is.
