Pros

Good job benefits for traveling, Good insurance Atypical schedual, many different options. People are mostly fun to work with. Management is usually nice and comprehensive

Cons

Called to work on days off (drafted, no choice to go) You get stuck in the north for many days because of mecanicals or weather. Little pay for the hard conditions of the north and being left to yourself. You are the groomer, the caterer and need to bring everything in and out of the plane every day on long distances on top of all your actual flight attendant work. Counts on people wanting to become a pilot for cheap and hard work.

Pros

Great leaders in the finance team with long term vision and respect/consideration for employees of all levels. Paid health and dental insurance. Generous paid sick days and end of year bonus that stuff up salary total.

Cons

Low priority in ZED traveling so high risk of getting bumped off flight.
