Pros
I felt like the upper management was particularly friendly with all of the employees as the company is actually family owned and operated since 1958 and is still owned by the original family. Definitely learned a good amount due to the variety of work that was involved
Cons
I felt like the pay scale wasn't the greatest for some of the level of work expected and also didn't care too much for the push for sales.
