This company is very relaxed and carefree; which, is a good thing if your looking for a casual work environment and not overly concerned with career growth. There is a high level of autonomy, flexible schedule, and casual dress code.

The casual carefree environment spills over into other areas that will hamper career and professional growth. There are no formal training opportunities. Senior management will simply place people in their positions, and expect them to learn and figure things out virtually on their own.
