      Pay was amazing and the benefits were 100% paid for by the company

      Cons

      The work sucked, attics were tight and sometimes inaccessible, filled with blown in insulation that gets stuck to your skin while sweating in a 150° tight space

      Be forced to spend hours in the field doing nothing but waiting for information from people sitting in an air conditioned office. Also, be prepared for a toxic work environment, where favoritism is abundant.
