There are not really any cons I can think of

ACS has done a great job at hiring some of the top talent in the industry. There's a clear vision and people are excited to contribute. The culture is fun, but everyone understands the importance of their role and how they're contributing to the bottom line.

No real cons. We have outgrown our facilities but we're currently building a new HQ.
