Nice idea but lacking direction and purpose - Sales Air Black Box Employee Review

The product idea is great, and there's strong demand in the market. There are some good people in the organisation, but they're leaving one by one.

The company has no structure. Literally none. All decisions are taken by the US parent company, and there is zero staff communication, not even basic updates. The company doesn't have any independent development or customer-support capability any more and it is now just a group of people working in the dark and wondering what's going to happen next as they seem to have been mostly forgotten about.
