Decent benefits, lots of OT for those who want it, decent money, good supervisors..for the most part

Lack of communication, planning, maintenance causing breakdowns, general low morale and confidence within the mill.

Fairly decent pay, standard benefit's. Busy most days, and the local mill guys are all fairly decent folks.

Terrible corporate oversight, dishonest, toxic environment. Way too much corporate staff in Vancouver for only 3 mills. Constantly changing goalposts and a sociopathic director of operations made this not a fun place! They play fast and loose with numbers a bit, especially safety performance.
