      working here is a blessing for me. My colleagues and manager is very helpful. Management is very supportive and encouraging. Their quarterly rewards and recognition is best.

      Pros

      Worked as an ERM in many companies before this but i think i would recommend aimlay to my fellow mates. they are different from other corporates.

      people might say leave policies, work pressure. i guess that is not even an issue to be talked about
