      Easy to get along with the technicians they guide you and give you advice and point out things management doesn't tell you

      Cons

      Management gives you to much to do on one semi and your suppose to complete it in 8 hrs overtime they won't allow for you to complete the service on the semi

      Benefits, Direct Supervisor support, Pay/Salary in line with market

      Cons

      At least on the rental side, everyone is disposable. When the market for truck rentals turns down, start looking for another job. I worked here for almost 7 years and was laid off twice during that time even after accepting a promotion for better “job security”.
