The people are genuinely welcoming, supportive, and clearly passionate about innovation, which makes it easy to settle in and start contributing. aiimi works with a great range of customers, and being part of a large enough organisation means there’s real diversity in the projects you can get involved in. That variety makes the work interesting and provides strong opportunities for learning and growth. Overall, a great place to start and build momentum early on.

Working in an exciting space within technology. Great office space, with good equipment, meeting room set up, free snacks. Good bunch of people, very supportive colleagues and a transparent senior management team. A good split of remote working opportunity and opportunity to collaborate with people in the office day to day and through monthly team meetings.

With a company of this size, it's not always immediately visible what the next step up is.
