      Pros

      The people are great! Everyone is so nice and willing to help. Everyone is always trying to improve and help you improve yourself. The product - awesome. Really saves lives. Working at Aidoc really feels like making a good impact on the world we live in.

      Cons

      We do some on-prem deployments. This is an absolute necessity, and there is no way around it. But sometimes it is annoying :)

      Pros

      PTO Impactful annual company trip Benefits The idea and product is there Market leaders (makes everyone’s job essentially that much easier) 401 match Great internal crm/resources for marketing and commercial

      Cons

      Lots of layoffs with no real explanation No Structure (extra disorganized, no real alignment or goal) No Transparency (laying people off for essentially no reason) Low Pay (no standard of living raise) Lack of growth (especially in marketing/GTM) Heavy favoritism for a handful of people (always promoted over people who actually deserve it) Leadership is crumbling (no real accountability for the last few months of reorganization)
