Leadership is approachable, ideas move quickly, and you get exposure to a lot of different parts of the business.

Like most growing startups, things can change quickly and priorities sometimes shift fast. Processes are still being built out in some areas, so you have to be comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out as you go. Workloads can be heavy at times, especially during periods of growth or large customer launches.
