Pros

Everybody is extremely smart and very competent at their job. People are motivated and it is easy to truly believe in what the company is doing. There is an overall culture of not just doing things things the easy way, but doing them the right way.

Cons

As with any startup, capacity constraints can make the workload and pressures quite high.

Pros

Great place to work at. I appreciate that people care about producing great work. Strong culture of ownership. Lot's of experienced people. Strong culture of mentoring/coaching if you ask for it. Moves fast, grows a lot, but manages growing pains well. Lots of personal freedom. People are genuinely supportive during tough personal times.

Cons

Needs to hire more people to meet the technical demands.

Pros

Everybody cares about everyone else in a really amazing way. We often break into all hands talks about the industry but also connect it our own experiences and the impact to the world. I have never had this kind of open discussions from everyone in a company setting before and it is amazing. What Aible is doing is changing the way you work with your data by focusing on the people that use it to make an impact on their business from Nurse Churn, to Hospital Readmissions, to Student Enrollment, to Shipping Yard Unloading Order and when to call what clients to produce more revenue. Technology informs how people work not the black box that nobody knows, understands or speak to with specifics. User is King with Aible! Last and why I am here - The Serverless Architecture and Structure of Aible is truly amazing, and what makes us able to make this change to Micro Tasks that drive a step change in how people work with their data to add predictive.

Cons

Not having time to talk more people about this technology because we are early stage. As with Crowds 20 years ago, it takes some time and energy to get the heads turned to a truly new approach to a topic that is hyped in the current state. Real hands on experience with more people is a Con we can fix!
