great crew of people and phenomenal culture

small crew and having to have someone there 24/7 makes days off difficult

- The ability to work with some of the smartest people in the industry. - CEO / Upper Management expects a high level of performance every day. - Feels like a family and not just a place to work.

The biggest "con" I witnessed over the years had more to do with the employees who were not prepared to perform at a high level every day. It was obvious within a few weeks of their start and many times, would leave the company disgruntled. We would look forward to their last days because working with people that just complain constantly was a real drag to the work day.
