7yAs mentionned for previous comments, our salary are in the market average, confirmed when controlled by OCIRT. This is absolutely untrue that we don’t provide devices, we provide PC or Laptops and corporate phones for people that are eligible for. Mr or Ms X !, as you can easily understand we have 160 employees and not all are supposed to receive a company phone. Regarding your last point, the rules are clear from the beginning when we hire someone to answer a customer request or need. When the assignment is terminated we do our maximum to find another mission with another customer but often the negative result after an interview is not because of AiM….Trying to be objective, we noticed that the employees that are proactive (ex. attending trainings on their side to remain at top level, participating to AiM’s event, interact with colleagues to share knowledge, etc) we never have issues to find a new assignment or moreover to join internal team to work within several projects for multiple customers. Advice from our side, try to build a company, try to manage daily issues, try to bring your company to success and we’ll be more than happy to share your experience…..
