Cons
Pay's not competitive (2 year degree and 3 years of experience to make what some delivery drivers make), Use Vacation or don't get paid when workplace is closed due to weather, Fringe paid out into your 401k and no alternatives allowed, Disconnect between HQ and on-site management, Very low cost of living raises compared to inflation rates (Even pre-pandemic, IIRC 3% is the highest)
