No cons. It is a great place to work at with an amazing work culture.

Most of the individuals you work with will be wonderful. The office is still hybrib, so there is some flexibility. They usually pay at or above market and have a great annual bonus.

I specifically work under the USA branch of the company. The corporate life has become increasingly political. It has become more important to be seen rather than to perform the work. Upper management also has unrealistic goals and just demands that it gets done even if it is impossible. Management is also terrible with communicating what they actually want, and they are terrible listeners at the same time. Yet, somehow they are so proud of themselves. I have also been told to "Just stop talking" by management which is increadibly innapropriate for the workplace.
