The pay was good to start

Had to do better for the workers safety.

The co-workers and supervisor were supportive that's about it!

The working conditions are deplorable conditions, low pay,no morale, lack of support from administration, nepotism, no room for professional advancement. There was no orientation given and the lack of staff training regarding the day-to-day operations. Avoid applying here!!! The CEO's attitude is the worst! Her behaviors are insensitive, racist, and condescending. She is a poor reflection of what social workers represents and its quite disturbing! The lack of professionalism, structure and unethical practices are unheard of and quite concerning! Extremely disappointed but not surprised! This organization needs revamping/restructuring with great regards to management! Lastly, you will not receive clinical supervision or any for that matter of fact! Do not waste your time applying bc you'll surely regret!
