1. Least intelligent BA are appointed having handful experience. They are in-experienced, non-professional and Im-mature. 2. work-life balance is not good here. 3. Business analyst team and their managers are very dominating, they do foolish mistakes and to cover their mistakes they play blame games and politics in front of company owner. 4. Senior HR is not competent enough and have careless attitude. 5. Structural management is seriously required.
