      Pros

      Initially the wage seemed good but after experiencing the work place, it was nowhere near enough.

      Cons

      Everything. Nasty management who will screw anyone else over to keep themselves looking good. You spend months fixing things for them because their standards are so poor for them to tell you it’s not good enough and then take all the credit for the work you did!

      Pros

      Agrii is a wonderful company to work for - there is a genuine focus on employee wellbeing & career development. It is great being part of an innovative, market leading company, that genuinely cares about it's staff. Agrii has a very low staff-turnover and it is easy to understand why!

      Cons

      Staff are trusted here - if you are looking to be micro-managed or if you require a lot of support, Agrii may not be for you.
