I left a thriving role with a company I had been with for 10+ years with plenty of more career growth for this monstrosity of a place. I was promised opportunity, development and an inclusive environment! None of which were true. This place is horrid. Management caters to egos, and those who literally cry to get what they want. On boarding was lacking to say the least, senior management team could use some training on how to actually manage Lucky for me, I reached out to my prior leader, and he couldn’t get me back quick enough, allowing me to keep my seniority with him. They also mailed out items left behind, all damaged because they jammed into a box taking no care whatsoever, and no responsibility on their part. Who packs glass without wrapping it?!?!
