This company offers quite honestly one of the most toxic working environments I have ever encountered. You are just a statistic and will be replaced if needed that is made evident. The senior management team are unsuportive and extremely 2 faced, towards eachother, and the staff who are so clearly 'below' them. If you value your mental health & physical health, steer well clear of this organisation. The salary does not reflect the awful treatment you receive from both customers and the terrible management. You will never progress in this role. Progression is rare, unless your face fits, or you are a 'favourite' The work life balance is good, but you need it to be able to have a second job to make a livable salary. For a company that boasts about profit at every available opportunity? The pay is pretty awful.
