They dont have professional conduct or appreciation for work. Its literally in their offer letter that they dont pay anything for any overtime you work. On top of that the pay they offer is not even half of industry level. They demand you work overtime and give you nothing- neither appreciation nor compensation for anything you do. Overly demanding, using slangs - even to female employees. Blackmailing that they will blacklist you in the entire community, they are the kind of people to beat up people going in their homes, and they have details submitted through employee onboarding and that they wont hesitate to use it.
