      Pros

      Agribank has broadened my knowledge of IT audit as i am currently the only IT auditor.IT has made me grow an auditor and helped me in understanding the banking sector more broadly.

      Cons

      Agribank being a governmental institution comes with a lot of politics that makes it difficult for an IT audit to effectively carry out some of my assignments

      - Benefits are incredible. Health insurance is generous and reasonably priced, loads of additional benefits, PTO and sick time is generous - Culture is cohesive and friendly - Solid remote work culture and acceptance, though they are moving to a two-day in office rule in 2026

      Cons

      - Senior leadership is sometimes inaccessible - Low turnover and small number of positions makes internal advancement difficult
